Wspomnienie Najświętszej Maryi Panny Bolesnej

(J 19, 25-27)

Obok krzyża Jezusowego stały: Matka Jego i siostra Matki Jego, Maria, żona Kleofasa, i Maria Magdalena. Kiedy więc Jezus ujrzał Matkę i stojącego obok Niej ucznia, którego miłował, rzekł do Matki: "Niewiasto, oto syn Twój". Następnie rzekł do ucznia: "Oto Matka twoja". I od tej godziny uczeń wziął Ją do siebie.

John 19:25-27

At that time: Standing by the cross of Jesus were his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to his mother, ‘Woman, behold, your son!’ Then he said to the disciple, ‘Behold, your mother!’ And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home.
