TrypsynaGURU2piorunów@heavelock tak, robiłam kilka razy wraz z pomiarem mleczanu. Garmin za każdym razem delikatnie mi zaniżał strefy (czyli wgl badań miałam je trochę wyżej)

@scorp ja nigdy takiego dystansu nie robiłem (max 65k), ale co do butów to słyszałem kiedyś rade żeby na takie dystanse mieć drugie buty na przepaku które byłyby o dwa rozmiary większe. Moze cos takiego by pomogło na obite palce?

@Legendary_Weaponsmith popieram syncthing. Używam od kilku lat do synchronizacji miedzy komputerami i telefonami. Działa kompletnie transparentnie, bez jakiejkolwiek ingerencji.

Home Ethernet 101Lately, I’ve been running into people asking this question over and over again in different forums: So, I’m doing some construction, and I want to future-proof my home networking. What should I install so that I don’t have to worry about it in the future? This inevitably produces a flood of responses, some good, some actively bad. Since this is one of the few “how should I solve this open-ended technical problem” questions that actually has an answerOther than “it depends”, which is the universal answer to all technical questions. , and I’m getting tired of answering and re-answering the question over and over again, I’ve decided to write up my answer here in a form that will hopefully not need to change more than once per decade or so. First, no one answer fits everyone. The trick here is to do good enough that you don’t waste time and money, either by over-buying up front, buying things that you’ll never need, or by needing to re-pull more cable in the future when it would have been cheaper to do it right the first time.There was a part of the 1980s where “fiber is the future” was a big thing for offices, and some places pulled a ton of multimode fiber for future-proofing, only to find that they’d pulled a grade of fiber that was incompatible with anything that they actually wanted to deploy a decade later. We’d all like to avoid this. The short answer looks like this: First, understand your needs and your environment. If you’re not actively in the middle of construction (when pulling wires is much cheaper), then maybe you could just get by with a better WiFi access point? Get a good AP and put it in the middle of your home. Does it work well enough for your needs? If you’re going to pull new cable, then at a minimum pull Cat 6 twisted pair Ethernet to places where you will use it, including TVs. Have all of the cables come together in a closet or garage where you have some room and power. This will let you upgrade to 10 GbE in the future when prices fall. If that’s not enough for your needs, then pull multiple Cat 6 cables and/or singlemode fiber. If that’s not enough, then install conduit and/or pull lots of Cat 6 and singlemode fiber.
