@OchoodzkiRyszard heh wlazłem w artykuł, wyglądał mi na tanią sensację, kliknąłem w źródło (The Atlantic) tam podano link do pracy naukowej.

Abstrakt:
"Much of human dialogue occurs in semicooperative settings, where agents with different goals attempt to agree on common decisions. Negotiations require complex communication and reasoning skills, but success is easy to measure, makingthis an interesting task for AI. We gather a large dataset of human-human negotiations on a multi-issue bargaining task, where agents who cannot observe each other’s reward functions must reach an agreement (or a deal) via natural language dialogue. For the first time, we show it is possible to train end-to-end models for negotiation, which must learn both linguistic and reasoning skills with no annotated dialogue states. We also introduce dialogue rollouts, in which the model plans ahead by simulating possible complete continuations of the conversation, and find that this technique dramatically improves performance. Our code and dataset are publicly available."
Sensacyjny fragment:
"Firstly, instead of training to optimise likelihood, we show that our agents can be considerably improved using self play, in which pre-trained models practice negotiating with each other in order to optimise performance. To avoid the models diverging from human language, we interleave reinforcement learning updates with supervised updates. For the first time, we show that end-to-end dialogue agents trained using reinforcement learning outperform their supervised counterparts in negotiations with humans."
Z tego co rozumiem, to a priori zablokowano maszynom możliwość odejścia od ludzkiego języka, tak aby ich skuteczność mogła być sprawdzona w negocjacjach z ludźmi.
Czy to co by "wymyśliły" można by nazwać językiem?
nazwałbym to raczej bardzo zoptymalizowaną metodą negocjacji. Nie byłoby to wymyślenie języka tylko degradacja angielskiego do optymalnego minimum.
Chociaż pewnie wymyślić język też by dało radę, ale to by robiły AI do wymyślania języków, zaraz pogooglam
